Rich is a Portlander and a proud Oregonian, his business is a reflection of his own life and ideals. Rich resides with his family in a 1940's era Cape Cod style home in SE Portland’s Eastmoreland neighborhood, and also owns investment properties around Portland, Mt. Hood, and the Coast. When he says he believes in home ownership, he means it. He has first hand experience that he shares regularly with people about the financial stability and security it has brought to his own family. Through his extensive network, he often finds himself being the common connection among many ages and demographics. His deep roots in the Portland area provide the foundation of a network that keeps Rich in the know about the market and its momentum. You can usually find him regularly at Berkeley park, or the playground at Duniway Elementary school with my son and/or daughter, or out listening to live music, and taking in a delicious meal at one of Portland's amazing restaurants, and he's always happy to share tips on the best local spots! When in need of a recharge or just some quality down time, he often find himself at the Oregon coast in Gearhart, digging in the sand with his 3 kids, grilling up some oysters, going out for a paddle on the SUP, and having a glass of wine on the deck with his wife Bobbie. "It's my family that keeps me level and grounded!"
