Fresh Hops Fest | Prost! Marketplace, September 20 - October 6th, 8am - 10pm every day.
The Portland Fresh Hop Pop-Up Beer Fest returns for it’s 9th year in 2024 at Portland’s “top food cart pod” the Prost! Marketplace on N. Mississippi Ave. The beer garden features ten food trucks and ten rotating taps. Each day of this 17 day fresh hop marathon will feature seasonal rare seasonal beers with special tappings nearly every day celebrating some of the best and brightest breweries and regions.
Hood River Hops Fest | October 5th 2024 11 - 7 pm (at the Hood River event site)
The Hood River Hops Fest returns for its 20th year, celebrating the fresh-hopped beers of our beloved region.
Zootoberfest | Sept 27th – 28th, 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Welcome fall with more than 45 of the best breweries and cideries the Northwest has to offer. Enjoy live music and entertainment, keeper chats and more!

Portland Dragon Boat Festival Sept 7th-8th
An annual event that celebrates the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival where teams of 20 paddlers race each other in long, narrow boats that are decorated with dragon heads and tails. It is a great way to celebrate Chinese culture here in Portland and will be held on the Willamette River at the Tom McCall riverfront park. Registration is closed no, but you can go enjoy the race, traditional Chinese food, beer garden, and live entertainment.
The Cider Squeeze Third Saturday of September 10:00-4:00
A unique festival where visitors take part in the traditional practice of pressing fresh apples into cider. Bring your own apples if you want!
The Wedge (cheese festival) September 28th
A farmers market-style festival celebrating cheese and everything that goes with it. Sample and purchase local, artisan cheese, specialty foods, wine, spirits, and cider.
The West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta (Tualatin) October 20th
Join people from all over the country who gather to watch costumed characters paddle giant pumpkin boats in a series of races. Other activities include the Pumpkins and Pints, which features a giant pumpkin weigh-off, the 5K Regatta Run/Walk, and Pumpkin Regatta festival and pumpkin races.
A great opportunity to support local authors and publishers! Come enjoy literary discussions, book signings, workshops and more!
Pumpkin Patches
Hoffman Farms With other three decades as part of our community, this farm offers a year’round bakery and farm store and also opens for seasonal activities. In the fall, you’ll find over 50 varieties of pumpkins as well as their Hoffman Farms Express and Corn Maze (opening September 18th).
Jim Dandy Farm Pumpkin Patch Sept 29th - Oct 29th | No entrance fee and no reservations required. All you pay for is the pumpkins and fresh produce. Save big $$ on your family pumpkin outing. Located on Sunset Hwy 26 West.
Plumper Pumpkin Patch – Open for Pumpkin Season from Saturday September 14th through Thursday October 31st, from 9:00am-5:30pm.
Packer Orchards Sept 5th – Oct 27 One of the newer pumpkin patches in the area with an expansive pumpkin patch, abundant with pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Find the perfect pumpkin for carving, decorating, or baking, making it a centerpiece for your fall celebrations.
